Quick-break Asphalt Rejuvenating Sealer
PASS QB® is the star player in pavement preservation playbooks across the nation. A formulation of PASS specifically designed for fog seal applications, PASS QB® rejuvenates and seals to extend the lifecycle of asphalt pavements by 3 to 5 years with a single low-cost application.
PASS QB® prevents further weathering of the pavement surface by preserving the fine surface aggregate particles, and therefore, is a first choice for maintaining roads that otherwise would deteriorate to the point of requiring reconstruction.
PASS QB® is scientifically formulated with cationic emulsifiers to break rapidly after application so that road traffic can be resumed with minimum delays. When cured, PASS QB® will not track or bleed. This product is also available as PASS QB NB® specifically formulated for night-time work applications at lower ambient temperatures.

Technical specifications:
- PASS QB® restorative seals may be applied at ambient temperatures ranging from 45°F to 120°F.
- Normally diluted 1:1 and applied at a rate of 0.08 – 0.12 gallons per square yard depending on surface conditions.
