Chip Retention Formula for Scrub & Chip Seal
PASS CR® is a polymer-modified asphalt rejuvenating agent and surface sealer specially designed and formulated for rejuvenating scrub seal and chip seal applications. Designed for asphalt surfaces showing signs of cracking, raveling or more severe surface deterioration, PASS CR® saves both time and money by filling, restoring a durable wearing course, and sealing the pavement in a single application.
PASS CR® incorporates liquid asphalt, a rejuvenator, and a tough-yet-flexible polymer in a patented, scientifically advanced formula.
PASS CR® added benefits:

PASS CR® also is an excellent cold-pour crack sealer and is compatible with equipment generally used with asphalt emulsions for crack sealing and crack filling.
Technical Specifications:
• For superior performance PASS CR® may be applied between 65°F and 150°F.
