Western Emulsions to Begin Construction on newest plant in New Mexico

Western Emulsions, Inc is pleased to announce that they have recently begun construction on their newest emulsion plant located in Southeastern New Mexico.

Western Emulsions secured approximately 15 acres of land located at the Roswell Industrial Air Park in Roswell, New Mexico.

"This plant will allow us to keep up with recent demands by our ever growing customer base in New Mexico and West Texas markets." said Wade Miller Marketing Manager for Western Emulsions.

"This growth initiative allows us to be even more competitive in our pricing strategy with significant reduction in associated freight costs servicing New Mexico out of our Southern Arizona and Northern Arizona terminals." said Bob Koleas, President of Western Emulsions.

"Our innovative pavement preservation products are now even more accessible to agencies and contractors alike based on our price agreement with the State of New Mexico and our new state of the art emulsion plant.
