Western Emulsions’ Arizona Division Expands to New Manufacturing and Corporate Facility

The Arizona division of Western Emulsions recently celebrated its move to new and expanded headquarters at 3450 East 36th Street in Tucson, following more than 26 years of operation in its previous facility.
The company’s new location includes both administrative and sales offices, along with a manufacturing facility where it produces a variety of pavement preservation products, including its patented PASS“ emulsion. For more information about PASS, click here.
The chemical engineering and general contracting company was encouraged to relocate by the Tucson redevelopment agency, which is revitalizing its Downtown district and removing a railroad spur line from the area. Western Emulsions’ new facility covers approximately four acres.
The accompanying photograph shows a recent open house and grand opening ceremony hosted together with the Tucson Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, which Western Emulsions has supported since 1979. Western Emulsions thanks the City of Tucson, its Redevelopment Agency and the Chamber of Commerce for its support and longstanding partnerships.
